Karen Luter is a well-known and highly respected residential real estate professional, with over twenty years of experience selling single-family homes in the Park Cities, Oak Lawn, Lakewood and Northern Hills neighborhoods. Karen also has extensive experience coordinating on-site sales for Wellington on the Creek, a luxury residential development in the Bluffview area of Dallas, as well as PortoBello by the Creek, the first luxury townhome development in Uptown Dallas. Karen achieved broker status in 1982 and since that time has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer. She has obtained the highest professional designations, which include CRS Counsel of Residential Specialists, GRI Graduate Realtor Institute, Advanced Historic Home Specialist from Preservation Dallas, and ABR Accredited Buyer Representative.
A native of Dallas, Karen – along with neighboring son and his family and daughter and her family – are active in their Northern Hills neighborhood association. Karen is also active in numerous civic organizations, including CHIAPAS,Preservation Dallas, and the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), which has played an active role in establishing The Lee Park and Arlington Hall Conservancy. She is also on the board of the Women’s Auxiliary of Nexus Recovery Center and The Contemporary Theater of Dallas
